EYES:
Sweep mark. On The Dot Matte Eye Color Compact shade 9 over lids and into
creases. Blend shade 5 at the outer corners of the eyes. Run mark. No Place To
Run Longwear Eyeliner shade ultra violet along the lower lash lines, then run
mark. On The Dot Matte Eye Color Compact shade 5 on top at the outer corners.
Brush two coats of mark. Lash Act Build & Define Mascara shade blackest
black onto lashes.
LIPS:
Apply mark. Lipclick Matte Full Color Lipstick shade vixen.
