Perfectly lined eyes in blue not black! I think the key to this look is to keep it cleaned up. Be careful not to have any smudges, smears, or fall out so it has a more polished look instead of crazy blue liner gone wild. :) The precise lines give the eye a pretty shape and draw your attention right to the eye. This is a beautiful look and it looks gorgeous on the model but alas, I am not skilled with eyeliner and blues do not work for my skin tone. Sigh...
